Dental Veneers
Predominantly used to cover front teeth, dental veneers are an ideal dental treatment if you want to improve the appearance of your teeth, correct the length of a tooth or even remedy a crooked tooth.
Less invasive than other cosmetic dentistry, veneers only require that the surface of the tooth is prepared. Usually, your cosmetic dentist will file down or remove a tiny amount of enamel from the front surface of the tooth. This allows the veneer to be securely bonded into place and ensures it remains fixed to the tooth.
Are Dental Veneers Right for You?
Dental veneers can be the perfect solution to a range of issues. If you have chipped a tooth, for example, veneers can be used to make the tooth appear whole. By placing the veneer over the tooth, with a slighter thicker part in the area in which the tooth has been chipped, your tooth will look and feel completely natural.
Similarly, your dentist may recommend veneers if one or two of your front teeth are noticeably discolored. At the start of your treatment, your cosmetic dentist will color-match your veneers to your existing teeth, so you’ll achieve a perfect color match, whilst improving the appearance of the tooth in question.

Improve Your Smile With Veneers
Whilst dental veneers don’t move teeth, they can be used to effectively cover teeth which are slightly crooked or misaligned. By covering the front of the tooth with the veneer, you dentist will be able to straighten the appearance of your teeth and improve your smile.
